About the coaches

Ollie Morgan - Coach

UEFA A Licence candidate and current Youth Development Phase Coach at Cardiff City FC, Ollie brings a strong background in academy coaching with a focus on technical detail, position-specific development, and individual player growth. Having recently returned to South Wales after coaching at Derby County, Ollie has worked across all academy age groups, delivering sessions that are challenging, engaging, and tailored to each player’s needs.

Jac Chapman - Coach

Jac is an Academy Coach at Southampton Football Club, where he focuses on developing young talent within the club’s esteemed youth system. Jac has accumulated a wealth of experience in a relatively short space of time, working in the Foundation Phase at Cardiff City & Swansea City as well as playing pivotal roles in leading Cambrian & Clydach and Carmarthenshire Schools’ programmes respectively. 

Joe Abbandonato - Coach

UEFA A Licence candidate and current Chelsea Football Club coach, Joe has developed a unique eye for technical analysis. Alongside coaching at one of the country’s most prolific academies, Joe has developed a social media following for his keen insights into elite techniques. Joe is also a former Cardiff City Foundation Phase coach. 

Ben Adams - Coach

UEFA A Licence and FA Advanced Youth Award holder, Ben is currently working as Head of Youth Development Phase (U12-16) at Cardiff City. Ben has a wealth of experience and knowledge of individual development, overseeing player pathways into the Professional Development Phase over a 10 year stint at Cardiff City.
